Delivery in Greece by Courier.
Delivery takes place: * in 1-4 working days from the day you placed your order, if the product(s) is readily available. During high season (Christmas, New Year, Easter) these delivery times can be prolonged. You can always contact us to get a more accurate delivery date. * for hard-to-reach areas these delivery times can be extended by 1 - 3 days additionaly. * if a products is out of stock, or is not readily available you will be contacted by our Sales Team to be informed when it will be available, and if you wish to wait or replace with a similar product. · Shipping costs for all areas of Greece is 2.95€ for parcels up to 2 kg., and 0.90€ for each extra kg. All charges include VAT. · C.O.D. deliveries cost an extra 2.00€ including VAT. Note: The weight of the products is measured either as the actual weight, or based on its volume, depending which is more. · All goods are shipped on behalf of the customer. U R Safe is not liable for any damages incured during shipment. All shipments are insured up to a value of 200.00€. It is possible to insure a shipment with a higher value, at a cost of 5.15€ per parcel and 1% of declared value. Please contact us for further arrangements.
You can choose the shipping method of your choice, based on the value of your order and the cost of shipping. There are three options: - Express delivery by TNT worldwide. Charges are calculated after you choose shipping method, and before you proceed to payment. - Economy Express delivery by TNT worldwide. - Regular Parcel Post. Delivery times vary depending on the method of shipment and the destination.
Methods of payment
When you make a purchase from www.ursafe.gr you can select whichever of the following methods of payment suits you best: - Pay by credit card (VISA & Mastercard only) through our bank's secure site. - Pay through PayPal. - Pay via wire transfer to one of our bank accounts. - C.O.D. (valid only for delivery in Greece - Charges apply). - Cash, if you pick up your order from our store, located at 194 Kifissias Ave. & 1 Lalehou st., N.Psyhiko, Greece. Send us a copy of the wire transfer by fax at: +30 210 677-7922, or by e-mail at: [email protected], so that we can locate your payment. This will help us expedite your order much faster. Upon confirmation of receipt from our bank we will ship your order.
Ways to order -Product Availability - Delivery times.
Our goal is to make your transaction with our store as simple, straight forward and stress free as possible.
There are two ways to place your order: 1) On-line ordering through our e-shop at www.ursafe.gr. Find the products you want, and add them to your cart. Let us know if you want a receipt or an invoice (if you are a business). Let us have your details (name, address, contact details). All you need to do now is choose your method of payment and shipment. 2) You can place your order by phone at: +30 210 677-7921, during working hours (Monday, Wednesday, Saturday 9:30 - 15:30, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 9:30 - 20:30), or by fax at: +30 210 677-7922 24/7.
After you complete your order, you will receive an automated order confirmation via e-mail. If you order exceeds the amount of 100.00€ we will manually either call or e-mail you to confirm your order. If we do not manage to contact you your order will remain pending in our system for a week. After that, and if we have not heard from you the order is automatically canceled.
If any of the products you have ordered are not available, we will contact you withing 24 hours and let you know when we expect them in. We can either hold your order pending receipt, partially ship any products that are available or cancel partial or all of your order. The choice is yours.
We usually process your order within 24 hours after we receive it (unless it is a weekend in which case it might take us 48 hours). Your order might be delayed if a product you have selected is not currnelty available and we expect to receive it shortly. If receipt of the product not available will be delayed you have three options: wait for the product to arrive and ship out the whole order, ship your order partially and send the products not available in a seperate shipment, or ship the available products and cancel the products not available. It is up to you. We will contact you to inquire which of the three you prefere.
Cancellation of your order (partial or whole)
You can cancel your order only on the same day you placed it, since we usually ship out within 24 hours. If you try to cancel your order after that chances are it has already left our warehouse. Note: All prices include V.A.T.
